This policy explains billing and refunds for 3DMA Ltd., dba AdTech Europe. It sits alongside the Terms of Service.
1. Advertising credit
- Advertising runs on a prepaid basis.
- Unused advertising credit expires 12 months after it was added.
- Unused credit can be refunded on request, minus payment processing fees and any bonus credit, unless the account was closed for breaking our policies.
- Spend already delivered is not refundable.
2. Platform licences and subscriptions
- Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the paid period.
- Setup, onboarding and custom development fees are not refundable once work has started.
- Annual and source-code licences follow the terms in your order or contract.
3. Services
Fixed-price services can be refunded in full before work starts. After work starts, refunds follow the scope in your proposal.
4. How to ask
Email support@adtech.eu from your account email with your account ID and the payment. We answer within 5 business days and send approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Accounts with open chargebacks may be paused until they are resolved.
